[10-Oct] My Noni, Anastasia "Annie" Beltrami passed away on September 28th. We've created a page with a few photos and the eulogy my dad wrote and asked me to deliver at her Funeral. She was laid to rest in Modesto on October 7, 2008.

[25-Sept] Lots going on, but no updates in a long time. Sorry for that. We've managed an improvement or two here at the site: The navigation menu has been revamped to give easier access to the entire site. Search is on every page now, too. Hopefully I'll get some content updates up, soon. Off-line, we've had a yard project out front, a vacation to Cabo, visits from cousins from Italy, fundraising events for the Lions, random encounters with racoons, possums, a skunk and even a wayward turkey at the house, and more.

[11-Jul] The firestorm unleashed by an electrical storm that passed through in June continues to burn across the county. The wildfires, dubbed the "Mendocino Lightning Complex", have burned more than 50,000 acres and sent smoke and ash across the Western United States. We took a few pictures recently to show some of the local effects.
